The much coveted Marais district needs little introduction. From your door it is an easy, pleasant walk to the Picasso Museum, Musee Carnavalet and Place des Vosges, through a labyrinth of tiny medieval streets lined by magnificent "Hotels Particuliers". Restaurants and specialty food stores abound! A very charming market square (Carreau du Temple) bustles with cafes and restaurants. One block away is one of the most divine delicatessen shops street of Paris, Rue de Bretagne, and a daily open air market (Marché des Enfants Rouges) where you will find the finest, most eclectic, cheese, wine, vegetable and meat shops in town. Parents with children will love the Square du Temple and its playground across the street. The square, popular still, was a favorite hang out for the aristocracy and "thinkers" of the 17th century. This trendy area was recently featured in Gourmet Magazine. Many of the featured suggestions from that piece are just a block away e.g. Chez Omar, a very popular restaurant and the Web Bar where one can eat and be connected to email in the same sitting!

The bedroom has a Queen bed which can be made up as two twin beds, a antique writing desk and delicate side lamps for a late night read.

Living Room:
The Living-room is furnished comfortably with a sofa that converts into 2 single beds or a queen bed , a leather armchair and an antique coffee table. A Stereo with CD player and cable TV are provided. The Dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
DSL high speed Internet , wireless network and computer are included.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully outfitted (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, pots, and pans), and has other conveniences including Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Kitchen opens up to the dining-room.

Walk-in closet-Laundry room:
Walk in closet-laundry (washer and dryer) attached to the bedroom and opening up (through a door) to the bathroom.

Bathroom:
Fully accessorized Bathroom (bathtub and shower, sink) can also be accessed through the living-room.
Toilets (WC) are in a separate room

Terrace:
A rare treat in Paris, the sunny terrace becomes an additional "room" for entertaining, relaxing and taking in the beauty of Paris rooftops. This terrace overlooks the courtyard, so it is very quiet and it gets warmed by the sun from morning to evening. You will find there a great refuge after having dived in the busy streets of Paris.
